ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz vice-president Maryam Nawaz on Monday accused Prime Minister Imran Khan of being directly involved in the arrest of MNA Rana Sanaullah.
The PML-N's Punjab President was arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Force's Lahore. The charges against him have not yet been disclosed by the authority. "It could not get more absurd," tweeted Maryam. "What has ANF got to do with Rana Sanaullah."
Maryam said that the party loyalist was arrested for holding a bold and courageous stand.
The PML-N leader in an obvious jibe at the Prime Minister Imran Khan, said that the "Jaali-e-Azam (fake prime minister) being the small and petty man is directly behind his arrest."
